Terms and Conditions

Ticket prices are as advertised in the current theatre programme leaflet and include VAT at 20%. Please always check tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

All tickets must be paid for within seven days of booking. The only exception being authorised Group Bookings where Hever Festival Productions agrees to accept a deposit with the balance payable as agreed with the box office at the time of booking.

All performances commence promptly at their advertised start time.  Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

Smoking is not permitted in the auditorium. The use of cameras and camcorders during the performance is not permitted. Mobile phones must be turned off in the auditorium and obstructions must not be left in the aisles.

Each member of the audience must have an official ticket. Children under the age of seven years old are not permitted to evening performances that commence at 8pm. No pets are allowed in the auditorium.

Hever Festival Productions cannot take any responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of any personal property belonging to patrons of the theatre.

The Theatre reserves the right to introduce special offers and discounts without notice. Tickets already purchased will not qualify for these offers.

No more than one discount may ever be applied to the full price of a ticket; for the avoidance of doubt this includes the discounted Patron/Festival Friend and Child Ticket price.

Hever Festival Productions reserves the right to refuse admission in such circumstances as they see fit.

Any ticket holder may be asked to leave the theatre if their presence is causing a disturbance to others, and Hever Festival Productions may take appropriate action to enforce this right.

Cancellation Policy

No performance is guaranteed. In the event of a cancellation or abandonment of a performance or where less than half the performance has taken place no monies shall be refundable. Audience members may claim tickets of an equivalent value for any future performance in the same or following season at the Festival Theatre, subject always to availability and should return their original tickets together with a covering letter.

Hever Festival Productions reserve the right to make any alterations to the advertised arrangements rendered necessary by any unavoidable cause.

Refunding

Tickets may be exchanged up to 72 hours before the date of the performance. In order to do so the original tickets must be returned to the box office along with a £5 administration charge. Festival Friends and Five Year Patrons of the Theatre are entitled to free ticket exchange.

Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased, but can be exchanged in accordance with the cancellation policy or exchange procedures described above.
