Stacey has established herself as one of the new century's brightest jazz revelations: voted best jazz vocalist at the 2001 British Jazz Awards, and the 2002 BBC Jazz Awards. Her best-selling album Breakfast On the Morning Train, was nominated for a Grammy Award, whilst her follow-up album 'Raconte-Moi' was released in more than 37 different countries worldwide. Autumn 2011 saw the release of Dreamer In Concert – Stacey's eagerly awaited third release on EMI's legendary 'Blue Note' label and also her first-ever 'live' album.
Her ability to tell a story, capture an emotion, a mood, hone it and share it like a secret with her audience are some of the qualities that make Stacey Kent so very special.
"She has charm to burn, a smile that could give you hope in February and sings like nobody's business" The Wall Street Journal
"Devastatingly stylish" The Observer

Britain's Got Talent stars, The Jive Aces, are the UK's No.1 Jive & Swing band. Renowned for their high energy Jump Jive and swing music and spectacular stage show, the band's repertoire stretches from the timeless tunes of the swing era to the glitz of the Rat Pack, with a dash of rhythm & blues, swing and jazz. They feature songs made famous by such greats as Louis Prima, Cab Calloway, Benny Goodman, Bobby Darin, Louis Armstrong, Sammy Davis Jr. and Ella Fitzgerald - along with a selection of superb originals taken from their albums.
In 2012 the band were semi-finalists on "Britain's Got Talent", performing show-stopping versions of Jungle Book favourites "I Wanna Be Like You" and "Bare Necessities" wowing BGT judges Simon Cowell, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon, who said "You are so joyful to watch, every single one of you. That was world class".
Their music video, "Bring Me Sunshine", has become a viral hit with nearly 2-million views on YouTube and received 7 film festival awards including the prestigious "Silver Telly Award"
Rebecca Grant is the epitome of your 1940s-1950s songstress, a smooth concoction of warm sultry vocals with a range of sassy and powerful songs. She is perhaps most famous for playing series regular 'Daisha Anderson' in BBC1's BAFTA award winning programme, Holby City, and she is back on our screens this April as 'Shaheen Wazir' in Prisoners Wives II.
"Absolutely Brilliant! That really put me in a good mood." Simon Cowell
"A Ray of Sunshine! I loved The Jive Aces." Alesha Dixon
"Infectious, uplifting and marvellous!" Len Goodman
"Simply sensational!" The Stage

A Celebration of Kenny Ball and his Music
Performed by Kenny's Jazzmen and son, Keith Ball
Sun 18th August
Performance starts at 8pm; Gates open 6.30pm

Kenny Ball was the most successful jazz trumpet player this side of the Atlantic. Many will recall his landmark recordings of the 1960s such as 'Midnight in Moscow' that catapulted him to worldwide fame and earned him the reputation and following that survives to this day.
Sadly, Kenny died earlier this year. He was much loved at Hever, and was due to appear with his Jazzmen on Sunday 18th August this summer. He will be much missed
We are however delighted that Kenny's Jazzmen will still be appearing, joined by his son Keith in celebration of Kenny Ball and his Music.
Kenny was a true professional and great entertainer, and we are pleased that we are able take our part in keeping his legacy alive.
A donation from ALL tickets sold to this concert will be made to Jazz services, a charitable support organisation for jazz music www.jazzservices.org.uk
